Criteria: Needs & Insights

We were praised for our good use of primary research, having used surveys to understand the feelings of our target audience and further discern what needed to be done in terms of staff cybersecurity. It was therefore, mentioned that we had a deep understanding of our target audience. However, we were told that we needed to streamline our insights to focus on international travel rather that the overarching concept of cybersecurity. It was also said that perhaps a deeper understanding of the mindset of travelling staff members would answer the questions of whether they are more. susceptible because the travel.

Criteria: Problem definition & Ideation

The client liked and saw potential in all three of our ideas, however it was suggested that it was more conducive to focus on making one idea great than spread our time across all three. The client had a strong affinity with our video idea, noting that they were captured by the name and concept and encouraged us to develop it further. Although, it was suggested that our firewall idea do not directly correlate with our target audience, as it did not focus on cybersecurity while travelling internationally.

Criteria: Presentation skills

The client, tutor and peer group all said that we presented confidently, praising the fact that we did not use cue cards and the fact that each member played an equal part in the presentation. Moreover, they discussed the fact that we were able to answer all of the client’s questions.
