As Canvas was one of our main features for the campaign, we conducted further research on the possibilities of creating a new Canvas portal for staff members to access. 

 

You can easily create a course from an administrative perspective 

 

“Canvas is the learning platform that makes teaching and learning (and implementation and adoption and customer support and student success and bragging to your non- Canvas using peers) easier.” 

 

By setting the start and end date allows for the course to meet requirements of the ever-changing nature of cybersecurity. It enables the cybersecurity team to update staff on a term to term basis, encouraging different aspects to cybersecurity.

 

Announcement feature allows for constant updates of how to stay safe when travelling internationally. Assignments encourage staff to meet deadlines of checklist and mandatories
